When you’re ready, we can’t wait to play it safe with you!

In order to welcome you safely, we have developed a new set of practices in the way we operate. While this is new for all of us, we are determined to deliver the same level of service and excitement to our guests. In order to help answer any of your immediate questions, we have provided the below FAQ’s

How will future hotel reservations be handled?

  • We are now accepting future hotel reservations.
  • Our existing cancellation policy of 24 hours will apply.

What types of gaming, entertainment, & dining will I be able to enjoy?

  • We will be turning off, covering, or removing chairs at our slot machines to provide appropriate social distancing.
  • Live table games will temporarily be suspended, but will be opened soon in a safe manner for our guests.
  • Live Entertainment acts have been temporarily suspended in order to limit large group gatherings.
  • Salad Bars will remain closed, but many of our restaurants will be open for in restaurant dining. Restaurant surfaces will be sanitized after each use.
  • Bars will be closed.

When will I receive offers for hotel, food, or gaming?

  • We already have new exciting offers lined up for our Club. Members, please watch the mail as they will be coming soon.
  • If you do not receive an offer or have questions regarding future offers, please see your Host or Club desk for more information.

What happens to grand z casino hotel and z casino and johnny z’s casino previously advertised gaming promotions?

  • All gaming promotions that were planned to occur during our closure were suspended or cancelled and may be rescheduled for a future date.
  • We have carefully reviewed and adjusted our promotional calendar and have cancelled any events that encourage group gathering including slot tournaments, ticketed drawings, live entertainment, and group dinners.
  • We have many in game and system based promotions that will be ready to reward you.
  • Please watch your mail or visit the Club Desk for an updated promotional calendar.

How will my current club tier status be affected?

  • Your current tier status will be maintained until December 31, 2020. We want our guests to be able to visit and enjoy their Club benefits when they are ready.
  • On 1/1/2021 our normal tier expiration policies will resume.

How will my current club complimentary & point balances be affected?

  • Your current point balance will be maintained until December 31, 2020. We want our guests to be able to visit and enjoy their club benefits when they are ready.
  • On 1/1/2021 our normal tier expiration policies will resume.
